- Knowledge of relevant technology standards, trends and innovations

- Independent work and strong prioritization skills

- Maintain accurate inventory
- Procure new hardware and software
- Implement and configure new assets

- Stay informed about technology trends
- Follow IT service management processes
- Adhere to IKEA IT policies and guidelines
- Ensure information security
- Understand business impact of service requests
- Know project and change management basics

- Work independently
- Prioritize tasks effectively
- Ensure business continuity of Digital products
- Provide technical specialist competence
- Lead on-site project implementations
- Support new Digital product deployments
- Handle hardware and software refreshes
- Support new location build-ups
- Provide 2nd level support for end users
- Offer after-hours support for critical issues
- Perform preventive maintenance
- Monitor systems routinely
- Create and follow service schedules
- Review monitoring tools daily and weekly
- Identify and avoid potential interruptions
- Solve issues and prioritize them
- Escalate issues as needed
- Support global projects locally
- Train onsite support staff
- Set up and introduce technical equipment
