- Several years project management experience in Data Centre or technical environment
- Technical understanding of Data Centre Infrastructure (HVAC, Electrical, Generators, Fire, Security, BMS)
- Thorough understanding of total project life cycle
- Excellent knowledge of project management concepts, tools, and techniques
- Ability to thrive in high pressure, fast paced environment
- Highly motivated and driven with passion for client delivery
- English and German language skills
- Availability for fulltime on-site work
Aufgaben
- Oversee project phases: pre-construction, construction, commissioning, and close-out
- Manage the entire project lifecycle from design to commissioning
- Ensure projects are completed within budget, on time, and to quality standards
- Serve as the key client interface
- Develop working relationships and drive projects to completion
- Solve project-related problems
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities
- Ensure project requirements are met
- Resolve project issues
- Manage the design process to meet client requirements
- Manage client expectations
- Review project plans and specifications
- Review scheduling
- Identify cost-saving measures
- Identify discrepancies
- Identify potential construction problems
- Ensure project compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Coordinate vendor scope with project delivery
- Ensure effective and timely document processing
- Manage contract documents
- Prepare regular stakeholder reports
- Provide progress updates
- Report on budget status
- Report on risk management
