- Conduct weekly cadences and retrospectives
- Follow up on deliverables and timelines with teams
- Proactively identify risks, blockers, and trade-offs with mitigation plans
- Create clean reporting with dashboards and executive summaries
- Maintain a single source of truth for program status
- Improve cross-functional communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ensure customer-facing teams have clear delivery narratives and timelines
