- Ensure technical and operational stability of business model cluster
- Lead incident handling and root cause analysis
- Drive process improvements with business and tech teams
- Champion operational excellence of business model cluster
- Manage all data flows from product to cancellation
- Conduct hands-on technical bug investigations
- Communicate investigation results and resolutions to application teams
- Leverage insights for long-term preventative measures
- Shape system improvements based on investigations
- Define and optimize E2E testing strategies
- Ensure comprehensive coverage and high-quality deployments
- Establish and optimize bug lifecycle management processes
- Transform reactive processes into continuous operational excellence
- Collaborate with other Technical Process Owners
- Share best practices for cross-business model improvements
