- Business proficient English and French; additional fluency in German and/or Italian highly desirable
- Ability to build inclusive and high-performing teams and communicate complex ideas clearly
- Entrepreneurial mindset and enjoyment of challenging issues and interdisciplinary project work
- Strong operational excellence with problem-solving and quality control skills
