- Design workflows to track specific obligations and milestones
- Establish data quality controls for contract management
- Define and implement efficient commercial management processes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map current administrative processes
- Identify responsibility gaps and update policies and guidelines
- Embed streamlined workflows across all company functions
