Aufgaben
- Collaborate with investment teams, board members, and management to define strategic plans
- Support the implementation of value creation initiatives
- Ensure portfolio company boards and management are fit-for-purpose
- Oversee recruitment for senior management changes or additions
- Drive delivery of value creation plans through the board and management
- Implement operational improvements, restructuring, and refinancing initiatives
- Review financial and operational performance regularly
- Track progress against KPIs
- Ensure agreed goals are achieved
- Translate underwriting assumptions into action-oriented operating plans
- Establish governance cadence
- Define clear execution ownership
- Lead transformation programs from design to implementation
- Support transformation programs from design to implementation
- Optimize SG&A
- Drive operational excellence
- Plan turnarounds
- Execute scaling or buy-and-build strategies
- Coach and develop junior team members
- Share best practices across the platform
