- Hands-on experience with incident and change management processes aligned with ITIL principles
- Exposure to compliance frameworks (GDPR, ISO 27001, NIS2, REMIT)
- Strategic mindset with the ability to execute independently
- Proactive, security-first mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Track record of designing and running IT systems for companies with multiple offices

- Define and implement the IT strategy
- Administer and evolve core systems
- Procure and configure hardware for new joiners
- Ensure devices are compliant in Sophos
- Monitor and respond to alerts
- Design and automate onboarding and offboarding workflows
- Manage identity and access for secure system access
- Perform health checks and troubleshooting on endpoints
- Maintain IT asset inventory and license tracking
- Establish IT processes aligned with ITIL principles
- Collaborate with People Ops and external vendors
