- Direct experience in fraud prevention, risk modeling, or high-transaction fintech environment (highly preferred)
- Advanced Python (pandas, scikit-learn, xgboost) and SQL (Snowflake, Postgres, or MySQL) proficiency, strong grasp of Tableau
- Deep technical expertise in classification models (classical, deep learning), anomaly detection, graph-based networks
- Hands-on experience productionizing ML services, strong understanding of MLOps concepts (containerization, event-driven architectures)
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders, align technical roadmaps with business priorities
- Sharp problem-solving capabilities, translating business challenges to technical requirements
- Strong communication skills, using data to influence strategy
- Experience with ML orchestration frameworks (Metaflow, Apache Flink, or similar MLOps tooling)
