- At least 2-3 years of experience in technology consulting, AI/data strategy, transaction advisory, due diligence, or digital transformation
- Strong understanding of modern data, AI, and governance architectures and their impact on scalability, compliance, and value creation
- Experience working on AI, data, or governance topics in M&A or private equity environments
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills with ability to evaluate complex technology-driven business models
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with confident engagement with management teams and investors
- Structured, self-driven, and collaborative work manner with strong motivation and interest in AI and technology trends
- Fluent English; additional local language skills are a plus
Aufgaben
- Advise financial investors and companies on AI and governance due diligence
- Analyze AI, data, and technology landscapes for scalability and compliance
- Assess AI and data-driven solutions for technical maturity and business impact
- Structure complex analyses and develop actionable recommendations
- Support creation of due diligence reports and equity stories
- Collaborate with experts in Data, AI, Technology, and Digital Strategy
- Develop governance frameworks and value creation initiatives
- Prepare and lead workshops and client meetings
- Conduct research and create presentations with stakeholders
- Contribute to thought leadership and market research
- Enhance AI and due diligence offerings
