You will drive complex transactions by performing detailed valuations and financial modeling while managing key relationships with clients and advisors to optimize strategic deals.

Anforderungen

• •Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or science-based disciplines
• •Strong academic track record and relevant internships in M&A, Corporate Finance or related fields
• •Minimum 2 years of relevant full-time experience in M&A, Investment Banking or comparable roles
• •Understanding of financial modelling, corporate valuation, analytical thinking and attention to detail
• •High motivation, resourcefulness and effective performance in dynamic transaction environments
• •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and analytical data tools
• •Excellent communication skills with fluency in German and English
• •Advantageous international exposure through exchange semesters or work experience abroad
• •Collaborative team player with positive mindset and interest in complex challenges
• •Skills in Business Valuations, Capital Raising, Contract Negotiation and Data Analysis
