- Define what needs to be built, available data, and success criteria
- Build rapid prototypes to validate ideas with customers and consultants
- Use agentic coding to accelerate the prototyping process
- Communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrate the effectiveness and value of solutions
- Move validated prototypes to production
- Document lessons learned and production readiness requirements
- Maintain high-quality standards in prototypes
- Ensure prototypes have tests, clean APIs, and documentation
- Contribute to the development of AI-assisted coding practices
- Shape how the organization adopts AI and agentic coding
- Select the right tools for each problem
- Optimize and standardize existing processes
- Bring new ideas and expertise to the team
