- High bar for people excellence
- Experience building performance frameworks, onboarding, or org development systems
- Structured thinking and execution speed

- Daily use of AI tools and workflow experimentation
- Native German and strong English
- Exceptional energy and intensity
- Network in DACH startup ecosystem (bonus)

- Run and scale the people and performance function
- Coach and challenge team leads on performance management
- Advise on team composition and organizational design
- Address and resolve hard conversations with team leads
- Drive performance management and calibration processes
- Develop feedback frameworks and career progression paths
- Benchmark compensation with the CEO
- Ensure high performers thrive and address underperformance quickly
- Manage organizational development and culture
- Oversee onboarding and leadership development
- Implement AI enablement initiatives
- Facilitate internal communication on key decisions
- Maintain a strong company culture during growth
- Design systems and processes for scalability
- Build and lead a team to support growth
- Optionally engage in talent management activities
- Contribute to recruiting and employer branding efforts
