Anforderungen

- Basic understanding of pharmaceutical drug product manufacturing and GMP/cGMP
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work with technical documentation (SOPs, protocols, reports)
- Strong communication skills for translating technical topics
- Proactive, positive approach and problem-solving attitude
- Ability to take full responsibility for assigned areas
- Strong team player with hands-on mentality
- Very good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in English is a must
- German language skills are a plus
Aufgaben
- Support MSAT tasks in capital investment project
- Ensure commercial readiness for GMP manufacturing facility
- Qualify manufacturing equipment and clean rooms
- Prepare GMP documentation and technical reports
- Create presentations and project documentation
- Support technology transfer and process improvements
- Assist in scale-up activities
- Coordinate meetings and workshops
- Follow up on project tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Contribute ideas for process optimization
- Standardize and improve efficiency
- Comply with Lonza quality systems
- Adhere to GMP requirements and safety standards
