- Fluency in English
- German language skills are a plus

- Educational background in Life Sciences, IT, or related field
- Hands-on experience in GMP regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environments

- Curiosity and capability to learn new tools and technologies quickly

- Align activities with MODA-ES best practices
- Guide site teams through MES deployment phases
- Support process modelling and validation activities
- Update documentation for MES deployment
- Collaborate with IT project managers
- Integrate MES with Lonza systems
- Maintain high-quality system interfaces
- Enhance MES application standards
- Manage system gaps
- Contribute to global roadmap
- Prioritize critical site needs
- Liaise with stakeholders and vendors
- Define application roadmaps
- Ensure consistent deployment practices
- Support cost and savings estimations
