Anforderungen

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent practical experience
  • Minimum five years production planning experience, ideally in electronics or semiconductor industry
  • Proven leadership background, at least three years managing teams in manufacturing or supply chain
  • In-depth knowledge of planning systems (e.g., SAP), ability to implement system improvements or lead transformation projects
  • Practical application of LEAN principles, shop floor management, and operational curve methodology
  • Strong analytical capabilities, solid mathematical and data skills for scenario assessment
