In this role, you will drive influencer marketing efforts in Italy by building partnerships and executing creative campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, while analyzing performance to ensure success.

Anforderungen

• •Completed studies in marketing, communication, media, or comparable qualification
• •At least 2–3 years of professional experience in influencer marketing, ideally in the Italian market
• •Very good understanding of social media trends, creator economy, and platform algorithms
• •Strong network of influencers or agencies
• •Business-fluent Italian (C2 or native speaker) and good English
• •Analytical mindset paired with creativity and organizational talent
• •Independent, structured, and proactive work style

• •Implement a holistic influencer marketing strategy for Italy
• •Identify and select influencers from micro to mega
• •Manage long-term partnerships with influencers
• •Plan, manage, and execute campaigns on Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
• •Negotiate terms and manage contracts and budgets
• •Brief influencers and ensure content quality
• •Analyze, monitor, and report on campaign performance
• •Collaborate closely with Social Media, Content, and Performance Marketing teams
