- Successfully align diverse stakeholders
- Confidently lead transformations

- Passion for innovation in industrial engineering
- Fluent in German
- Fluent in English
- Communicate confidently across international stakeholders
Aufgaben
- Lead and scale the Equipment Engineering organization
- Manage people, budget, and resources
- Act as a strategic engineering partner for manufacturing equipment
- Cover mechanical, electrical, and automation engineering
- Establish core capabilities in modularization, standardization, and platform design
- Reduce complexity and enable scalability
- Drive project execution from requirements to factory acceptance testing
- Ensure compliance with machinery regulations and safety standards
- Collaborate with international external engineering partners
- Evaluate and oversee technical performance
