Ensuring GxP compliance for production IT applications, including MES and HMI/SCADA systems. Technical education and hands-on experience with Track & Trace and CMMS systems required. Employee and leadership trainings, trainee programs.

Anforderungen

  • Completed technical education (HTL, FH, university)
  • Experience with Level 3 systems (MES) and Level 2 (HMI/SCADA)
  • Technical knowledge of Track & Trace systems (e.g. Laetus, PAS-X)
  • Hands-on experience with production applications (CMMS, production planning)
  • Understanding of cloud infrastructure
  • 3–5 years project management, validation, troubleshooting experience
  • Fluent English and German
  • Team-oriented, structured, quality-focused personality
  • Strong learning mindset and curiosity

Aufgaben

  • Ensure GxP compliance for production IT applications
  • Maintain validated state of production IT applications
  • Create and manage documentation (URS, risk analyses, IQ/OQ, SOPs)
  • Support inspections and audits
  • Design and implement IT solutions
  • Optimize solutions by analyzing business requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders as solution architect
  • Lead and support IT/OT projects
  • Coordinate with vendors
  • Manage SLAs
  • Plan and control costs and resources
  • Manage application lifecycle
  • Handle changes and updates
  • Own and maintain systems
  • Ensure backup and recovery processes
  • Maintain oversight of application landscape
  • Ensure stable operations
  • Troubleshoot issues
  • Handle tickets
  • Manage escalations
  • Perform on-call duty
  • Act as system admin for production IT systems
  • Train users on production IT systems
  • Document system knowledge
