- Operating at strategy, governance, and execution interface
- Establishing strong internal network and interacting with stakeholders
- Preparing and contributing to negotiations
- Prior exposure to governance structures
- Designing and managing governance frameworks
- Aligning stakeholders using structured frameworks (e.g., RACI)
- Preparing, leading, and documenting executive meetings
- Strong internal communication skills
- Resilience and adaptability in complex environments
- Strong ownership, accountability, and problem-solving mindset
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Additional languages a plus
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills (executive-level)
Aufgaben
- Lead strategic alliances for late-stage development and commercialized products
- Manage onboarding, governance, value expansion, restructuring, and lifecycle transitions
- Serve as primary executive interface to external stakeholders
- Build long-term, value-driven relationships with partners
- Shape agendas and facilitate decisions in Joint Steering Committee meetings
- Ensure disciplined follow-through on JSC decisions
- Align cross-functional teams for timely decision-making
- Identify and enhance partnership value and operational efficiency
- Anticipate and escalate risks and issues for timely resolution
- Monitor and manage contractual obligations and milestones
- Ensure internal teams understand contractual implications
- Foster strong collaboration and a unified company voice
