- Support daily flight operations with technical and regulatory expertise
- Investigate operational issues during daily flight operations
- Provide operational advice for special and complex operations
- Monitor aircraft certificate validity
- Support initial and renewal applications with Civil Aviation Authorities
- Administer Weight & Balance / Performance software
- Perform related analyses
- Support revisions of operational documentation
- Ensure fleet compliance with airspace user and equipment requirements
- Prepare and distribute operational and technical communications
- Review and verify flight documentation
- Support internal and external audits
- Assist with Electronic Flight Bag system deployment
- Administer Electronic Flight Bag system
