- Proven track record leading complex, global initiatives with senior stakeholders
- Experience with agentic AI, cloud AI platforms, or process intelligence (desirable)
- Background in commercial insurance, financial services, or regulated industries (desirable)
- Product-oriented, curious, collaborative mindset, strong communication skills
- Experience applying AI/ML to improve business processes/decision-making (highly beneficial)
Aufgaben
- Design and deploy GenAI, LLM, and agentic AI solutions
- Collaborate with Data Office, IT, and business stakeholders
- Select appropriate technologies for business cases
- Lead global AI initiatives from problem framing to value realization
- Promote reusable and scalable AI capabilities
- Identify high-value AI opportunities with clear ROI
- Select and implement the right AI solutions
- Own AI roadmaps, priorities, adoption, and KPIs
- Oversee the AI lifecycle and post-deployment governance
- Ensure compliance with EU AI Act and responsible AI principles
