- Build trust-based relationships with C-Level Executives and their teams
- Understand clients' mission-critical priorities
- Ensure clients receive expected value from Gartner services
- Identify opportunities for stronger value delivery
- Drive value delivery with current Gartner clients
- Maximize client value from Gartner services
- Identify and close client growth opportunities
- Cultivate and qualify new sales opportunities
- Build a pipeline of high-quality sales opportunities
- Meet and exceed sales metrics and KPIs
- Manage complex high-revenue sales
- Forecast and plan accounts monthly, quarterly, and annually
- Own quota responsibility for assigned territory
