Anforderungen

  • Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering or related technical field
  • Certifications in technical writing or documentation management
  • Proven experience in technical writing or documentation engineering
  • Experience within aerospace, UAV, or related industries
  • Experience within manned aviation industry
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Ability to translate complex technical information
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent technical understanding
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience managing technical documentation repositories
  • Experience managing version control processes
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good English language skills (written and spoken)
  • German language skills desirable
  • Eligibility to work in Switzerland
  • Swiss or EU citizenship

Aufgaben

  • Create high-quality technical documentation
  • Manage technical documentation for unmanned helicopter systems
  • Ensure documentation clarity and compliance
  • Develop user manuals and maintenance guides
  • Create operational procedures and system specifications
  • Supplement documentation with CAD-generated views
  • Review and edit technical documents for accuracy
  • Maintain consistency and clarity in documentation
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams
  • Collect technical information for documentation
  • Ensure documentation reflects system capabilities
  • Organize structured documentation repositories
  • Maintain version control and stakeholder accessibility
  • Comply with aviation regulations and industry standards
  • Create training materials for operations and maintenance
  • Support internal and customer-facing training programs
  • Improve documentation processes
  • Recommend best practices for technical writing
  • Support cross-functional teams
  • Participate in international projects
  • Travel as required
