Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Financial Management, Economics, or related financial discipline
- Wirtschaftsprüfer, AICPA, ACCA certificate, or equivalent qualifications with all sections passed
- 6-10 years audit experience from international Big Four firm or relevant Group financial reporting experience at cross-border listed company
- Proven experience in cross-border listing or major capital markets audit projects, establishing corporate internal control systems, and supporting/conducting internal control audits
- Experience in financial roles within robotics or manufacturing companies
- Fluent oral communication skills in English, ability to independently review and draft complex English audit and financial documents
Aufgaben
- Support strategic finance projects
- Prepare and review audit working papers
- Organize financial data
- Coordinate external audits
- Respond to due diligence requests
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and IFRS
- File periodic financial reports with regulatory authorities
- Engage with external auditors and tax advisors
- Communicate significant accounting matters
- Optimize internal control systems
- Upgrade financial processes and policies
- Streamline Group accounting policies
- Assess impact of accounting standard updates
- Provide professional accounting treatment solutions
- Prepare consolidated financial statements
- Convert financial statements across accounting standards
- Drive financial analysis and insights
- Prepare professional accounting memos
- Review accounting memos for new initiatives
- Provide accounting treatment recommendations
