- Fluent in English
- Willingness to travel 1–3x per month within Europe
- Willingness to travel occasionally to the Far East
Aufgaben
- Negotiate Master Framework Agreements with scale-up triggers and volume-based pricing
- Lead manufacturing readiness projects for NPI/NPD using CBA and TCO models
- Evaluate partner technical stability and fit-for-scale capacity
- Transition products from pilot to high-volume production, ensuring budget and quality
- Mitigate risks from material volatility and yield losses through performance-based incentives
- Design and lead Supplier Relationship Management strategy
- Conduct regular on-site QBRs and SPEs for technical and commercial compliance
- Manage lifecycle and commercial security of industrial assets and external manufacturing equipment
- Represent the company in commercial disputes, enforcing contracts and maintaining partner alignment
