Driving market success for ServiceNow’s AI-enhanced cloud-based Security and Identity solutions. 5+ years direct field sales experience in Security and Identity required. Hybrid work, personal mentoring program.
Anforderungen
- 5+ years direct field sales experience in Security and Identity
- Delivering results above plan and consistent quota attainment
- Closing deals in Identity & Access Management, SecOps, Data Security, Cloud Security, or Application Security
- Broad security domain expertise in identity, data security, cloud security, sec ops, or compliance
- Strong executive presence and excellent presentation skills
- Adaptability to high-growth, fast-changing environments
- Success in growth-phase environments, passion for building from ground up
- Curiosity and proactivity in adopting AI and emerging technologies
- Experience with IAM, IGA, or Security Operations solutions
- Exceptional track record as Account Executive or quota-carrying sales role
- Willingness to travel as required (typically 25–50%)
- Fluency in English and German essential
Aufgaben
- Drive market success for ServiceNow’s Security and Identity solutions
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan
- Generate a robust pipeline of new and expansion opportunities
- Proactively build opportunities using existing relationships
- Identify new prospects aligned with the ideal customer profile
- Demonstrate exceptional discovery and qualification skills
- Identify customer pain points and opportunities
- Apply deep market expertise in core security areas
- Educate prospective customers on the platform’s business impact
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Solution Consultants
- Develop tailored solutions that deliver clear business value
- Support territory strategy and planning
- Improve vertical understanding and account use case targeting
- Establish and maintain positive customer and partner relationships
- Drive new business and expansion opportunities
- Integrate partners, channels, and alliances into the sales process
- Increase deal velocity and size
- Present to senior executives in the field and virtually
- Support marketing events, executive briefings, conferences, and trade shows
- Coach and share best practices with internal sales teams
- Enable internal sales teams with foundational specialty solutions
- Exceed FY26 revenue target
- Build and maintain a healthy, well-qualified pipeline
- Close strategic, large-scale deals
- Demonstrate platform value
- Earn credibility with Sales leadership and customer security stakeholders
- Drive measurable improvement in pipeline volume, deal size, and conversion rates
