- Design modern AI architectures with LLM integration
- Implement context engineering and RAG frameworks
- Develop AI agents and establish AI model standards
- Ensure AI model integration, evaluation, and monitoring
- Maintain operational excellence in production environments
- Take responsibility for technical integrity through code reviews
- Conduct security reviews and architectural governance
- Ensure systems are scalable, observable, testable, and maintainable
- Provide functional and disciplinary leadership to development teams
- Guide technical decision-making and collaborate with Product Owners
- Work closely with stakeholders to deliver impactful digital solutions
- Shape the future of Inverto’s software landscape
- Contribute to the advancement of AI-enabled business capabilities
