Anforderungen

  • Advanced degree in Quantitative Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
  • Ability to explain risk concepts practically and business-oriented
  • Ability to generate original ideas and develop new models/processes
  • Deep interest in quantitative analysis and affinity for numbers
  • Curiosity about international financial markets and industry mechanisms
  • Collaborative working style and ability to influence across teams/levels
  • Prior computer programming (Python/SQL) and Excel experience (advantageous)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Develop proprietary private markets quantitative models and systems
  • Evaluate risks using Python-based systems
  • Perform regular and ad-hoc private markets data analysis
  • Use Python, SQL, and Excel for data analysis
  • Contribute to risk frameworks and methodologies
  • Align risk practices with best practices and macroeconomic trends
  • Lead risk projects
  • Mentor junior staff
  • Foster a risk-aware culture
  • Prepare submissions and presentations for firm-wide management and committees
  • Communicate with internal committees, management, and board of directors
