Global packaging solutions development and qualification for pharmaceutical products. 8+ years in pharma packaging development lifecycle required. Expert reports and knowledge sharing support.

Anforderungen

  • Bachelor degree in materials science, mechanical, chemical, packaging engineering or related field
  • Minimum 8+ years in packaging development lifecycle activities in Pharma/Medical Device industry
  • Technical expertise in packaging design, test methods, equipment, and process qualification/validation
  • Sound knowledge of packaging legislation, regulatory guidance, and industry standards
  • Excellent documentation practices (user requirements, design control, specifications, protocols/reports, risk assessments, shipping qualification)
  • Excellent project management skills in cross-functional projects
  • Innovative spirit through design thinking, design management, and driving creativity
  • Fostering team effectiveness, team spirit, and alignment
  • Sharing risks within the team
  • Promoting a culture of continuous improvement
  • Ability to work in dynamic, high-paced environment
  • Flexibility with changing roles and responsibilities
  • Effective collaboration and networking with internal/external stakeholders
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in English

  • Initiate improvements with stakeholders
  • Maintain a network in the packaging specialist area
  • Bring and develop packaging expertise
  • Communicate between Marketing, Manufacturing, and suppliers
