- Proven exposure to Shared Services, global process landscapes, or enterprise transformation initiatives
- Deep knowledge of Business Process Management, Lean / Six Sigma, and change management
- Strong understanding of digital transformation in administrative or business processes
- Lean Administration Black Belt or Master Black Belt preferred
- Strategic thinking connecting process work to enterprise strategy and value
- Influence without authority working effectively with global process owners and leaders
- Data & insight orientation using KPIs, process data, and evidence to steer decisions
- Change enablement making new ways of working stick
- Systems & end-to-end thinking seeing organization as connected whole
- Learning & innovation mindset curiosity, experimentation, and pragmatism combined
Aufgaben
- Create and evolve global BPE portfolio and governance model
- Lead transition of administrative services to Shared Services Centers
- Enable Global Process Owners to succeed with clear roadmaps and tools
- Define and track strategic KPIs for process excellence impact
- Accelerate process mining, intelligence, and digital BPM capabilities
- Identify and pilot disruptive trends and emerging technologies
- Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous learning
- Develop future leaders for cross-functional change
