Anforderungen

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or comparable field
  • 5+ years building and owning production ML systems end-to-end
  • Strong Python and modern ML frameworks expertise for production systems
  • Solid AWS and MLOps practices experience at scale
  • Practical GenAI/LLMs experience in applied or production contexts
  • Ability to influence technical decisions through judgment and collaboration
  • Experience supporting and guiding junior data scientists
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes

  • Transform ambiguous problems into ML solutions
  • Operate ML systems across multiple markets
  • Account for data distribution differences
  • Comply with regulations and constraints
  • Mentor data scientists with hands-on guidance
  • Conduct design reviews
  • Share ownership of systems
