- Experience managing large transactions and complex sales pursuits
- Some years selling business software/IT solutions
- Broad understanding of SAP solution portfolio, BDC innovations, and business processes
- Expertise in contractual and negotiation processes
- Expertise in driving renewals, expansions, and up-sells for subscription/perpetual licenses
- Solid knowledge of financial, competitive, and regulatory environments
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- Strong executive presence in customer engagements
- Strategic mindset

- Full working proficiency in German
- Full working proficiency in Business English
