- Proven strategic pricing, commercial decision-making, or revenue optimisation experience
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and insight generation
- Effective communication and stakeholder-management capabilities
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis
- Leadership capability to guide and influence others
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related fields
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Fluent spoken and written English
Aufgaben
- Partner with Commercial and Trade teams for revenue and investment decisions
- Translate financial outcomes into commercial implications
- Provide financial insights to Marketing and cross-functional teams
- Support planning, deployment, and evaluation of customer and channel investments
- Analyse market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behaviours
- Drive pricing optimisation
- Provide insights on trade activities, promotions, and pricing structures
- Analyse customer and channel profitability
- Apply financial judgement to commercial negotiations and scenario analysis
- Contribute to TCI, pricing, excise, and RGM-related topics
- Balance short-term performance with long-term value
- Ensure accurate reporting and performance tracking
- Adhere to internal controls and marketing governance frameworks
- Support continuous improvement of KPIs and analytical tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise pricing and KPIs
- Support senior commercial finance leadership with budget reviews and forecasts
- Influence outcomes with clear financial insights
