Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in medical technology, business, healthcare/health management, or natural sciences/biomedical sciences (or equivalent)
- Completed vocational qualification in healthcare (nursing, OTA, MTA, physiotherapy) desirable
- In-depth knowledge and several years' experience in international product and portfolio management
- Experience in regulated environment (MedTech/Pharma) ideally
- Strong project management skills
- Experience in international communication and stakeholder management
- Experience with regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 13485) desirable
- Experience with clinical applications desirable
- Understanding of clinical and/or non-clinical applications in airway management beneficial
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluent English (C1)
- Good German (min. B1)
- Other languages an advantage
- Analytical, structured and solution-oriented approach to work

Aufgaben
- Ensure availability and development of tracheostomy product portfolio
- Initiate and develop portfolio based on product and market performance
- Create and maintain portfolio and pipeline overviews
- Communicate portfolio and pipeline information internally and externally
- Develop risk minimization and escalation management solutions
- Lead and participate in international product portfolio projects
- Conduct and maintain competitive analyses and market intelligence
- Support markets and global market communications
- Shape organizational development of the responsibility area
- Collaborate with global teams, internal interfaces, and international sales units
- Manage global third-party product portfolio
- Prepare and organize business meetings and contract negotiations with Procurement
- Develop well-founded business cases, including make-or-buy analyses
- Identify and realize global synergies
- Ensure sustainable portfolio management
- Optimize complementary product segments
