Anforderungen
- Completed commercial, technical, or logistics training
- First experience in internal logistics, material planning, warehouse operations, or supply chain management in production
- Strong understanding of end-to-end internal material flows
- Hands-on experience with kanban systems and consumables management
- Strong prioritization skills and ability to manage urgent situations under pressure
- Effective operation in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Excellent coordination and communication skills across shopfloor and support functions
- Problem-solving mindset with proactive and hands-on approach
- Good understanding of ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP)
- Solid Excel skills
- Fluency in English
Aufgaben
- Prioritize inbound materials based on production needs and urgency
- Coordinate with Receiving, Incoming Inspection, Warehouse, and Production
- Ensure rapid processing of critical parts from goods receipt to line availability
- Monitor and manage material shortages and critical part lists
- Align daily priorities with Planning and Shopfloor teams
- Coordinate outbound flow of finished goods from Production to Warehouse
- Expedite finished goods through Quality Inspection to meet deadlines
- Maintain continuous availability of consumables and stable kanban loops
- Identify and remove bottlenecks in internal logistics flows
- Track and communicate status of critical materials, finished goods, and process delays
- Support continuous improvement of internal material flow (Lean, JIT, supermarket concepts)
