- Develop and refine educational content and logistics
- Align stakeholder interests for program success
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders
- Ensure programs address real clinical needs
- Maintain strong field presence through site visits and event preparation
- Refine program relevance based on customer feedback
- Lead development of tailored curricula and educational pathways
- Collaborate cross-functionally for aligned and compliant program delivery
- Drive process improvements for operational efficiency and scalability
