Anforderungen

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field with above-average results
  • Master’s degree with above-average results (ideal)
  • At least 2 years relevant professional experience in Investment Controlling, Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, Investment Banking, Management Consulting (Corporate Finance / M&A Focus) or similar analytical finance role
  • Experience in an international and cross-functional environment
  • Solid expertise in financial modelling
  • Solid expertise in valuation
  • Solid expertise in investment analysis
  • First exposure to M&A transactions (ideal)
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Building financial models in Excel
  • Working with large datasets in Excel
  • Using Pivot Tables in Excel
  • Using Sensitivity & Scenario Analyses in Excel
  • Familiarity with MS Office suite
  • Familiarity with PowerPoint
  • Ability to assess financial attractiveness of investments based on KPIs and metrics
  • Business fluent English (C1+/C2)
  • Business fluent German (C1+/C2)
  • Confidence in international stakeholder communication
  • Strong analytical thinking
  • Sound business judgment
  • Data-based decision-making
  • Strong interest in music, media, or creative industries
  • Prior experience in music, media, or creative industries (plus)
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to present complex topics clearly

  • Drive M&A and investment projects
  • Support opportunity screening and valuation
  • Execute and track post-investment activities
  • Build robust financial models (DCF)
  • Perform investment analysis for acquisitions
  • Support due diligence processes
  • Review financial statements and business plans
  • Collaborate with Legal & Business Affairs teams
  • Prepare high-quality investment memos
  • Create IC materials for senior management
  • Support deal structuring and negotiation
  • Coordinate with Legal & Business Affairs and A&R teams
  • Track and manage deal flow
  • Ensure timelines and internal approvals
  • Support post-closing onboarding
  • Monitor performance post-closing
  • Drive continuous improvement of models
  • Ensure process consistency and scalability
