Anforderungen

  • Experience in real estate, retail expansion, leasing, site acquisition, or property management (internships included)
  • Basic understanding of commercial real estate principles, lease structures, and retail site selection
  • Strong analytical skills for market research, site evaluations, and investment analysis
  • Good communication and coordination skills with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint); experience with real estate databases is an advantage
  • Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Economics, or related field

Aufgaben

  • Identify and evaluate potential retail store locations
  • Assist in market analysis and site assessments
  • Prepare location proposals
  • Coordinate with external brokers, landlords, and property owners
  • Support lease negotiations with senior real estate managers and legal teams
  • Maintain and update the real estate portfolio database
  • Track lease terms and key milestones
  • Prepare investment cases and internal approval documents
  • Collaborate with Retail Development, Construction, and Finance teams
  • Monitor key lease dates for renewals, break options, and expirations
  • Support portfolio management activities
  • Conduct administrative and reporting tasks
  • Track real estate projects and pipeline
