Aufgaben
- Ensure end-to-end onboarding readiness
- Provide hands-on IT support for macOS and Windows
- Manage MDM environment (Jamf) and Microsoft 365/Azure AD workflows
- Maintain hardware, inventory, and license management
- Improve and maintain documentation in Confluence
- Collaborate with HR Ops, Recruiting, and IT colleagues in Valencia
- Drive operational improvements through automation and process fixes
