- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- Commitment to ethical conduct, confidentiality, professionalism

- Deliver exceptional HR support to managers and employees
- Execute and deliver HR processes and services
- Collaborate with Strategic HR Business Partners on initiatives
- Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns
- Support performance management and case management
- Execute workforce planning and talent acquisition
- Drive employee growth through performance management and compensation planning
- Support change management and HR compliance
- Provide expert HR guidance to managers and employees
- Leverage HR Centers of Excellence resources
- Support managers in the hiring process
- Deploy new hire onboarding and training programs
- Implement employee retention activities
- Streamline HR service delivery with the HR Service Center
- Ensure compliance with EMEA labor laws
- Analyze HR data to inform strategic decisions
- Apply company policy to requests
- Lead additional HR projects as needed
