Anforderungen

  • Demonstrable HR operational experience
  • General knowledge of HR policies, processes, and Regional Employment Laws
  • Experience in rapid, fast-moving, complex, and changing environments
  • Practical operational experience of HR processes
  • Experience in multi-cultural/multi-country work environment
  • HR specialty certification desirable
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to accurately assess situations and coach clients
  • Attention to details
  • Highly computer literate

Aufgaben

  • Consult on inquiries, working through options and coaching to resolution
  • Use discretion and judgment to determine best resolution methods
  • Provide policy advice and support for workforce management, payroll, and compensation
  • Engage functional and technical specialists for unresolved customer needs
  • Execute employee movement, status changes, payroll, benefits, and compensation processes
  • Guide employees and managers to HR toolkits and training materials
  • Triage inquiries to ensure full understanding and engage appropriate specialists
  • Ensure accurate policy representation in interconnected systems and processes
  • Demonstrate broad HR and payroll knowledge, providing relevant information and support
  • Interpret customer needs and resolve issues using knowledgebase and HR experience
  • Provide high-quality customer service meeting service levels and business goals
  • Champion direct access processes using change management skills
  • Maintain integrity of employee records and Workday data, ensuring compliance
  • Prepare documentation to meet customer needs related to HR processes
  • Document inquiries, root causes, and resolutions accurately
  • Liaise with third-party vendors to resolve customer inquiries
  • Collaborate within the team to share ideas and drive process improvements
  • Identify and report call trends or product trends to Team Lead or Supervisor
  • Provide feedback on customer issues and the knowledgebase for improvement
  • Participate in scheduled and ad hoc training to enhance policy and process knowledge
