Aufgaben
- Develop and communicate global category strategy
- Drive compliance to preferred supply base
- Manage multi-year category plan and contracts
- Manage category spend of approximately $20M
- Select and identify new potential suppliers
- Support supplier audits
- Manage supplier performance and innovation
- Prepare and execute RFI, RFQ, and negotiations
- Implement new contracts timely and compliantly
- Use e-sourcing tool for at least 50% of RFI/RFP
- Identify and drive procurement projects for cost savings
- Document and maintain project and savings plans
- Classify category spend with Procurement COE
- Develop supplier innovation, capacities, and capabilities
- Identify and develop suppliers in Best Cost Countries
- Analyze market conditions and supply base
- Employ total delivered cost framework for value improvement
- Maintain relationships with key suppliers
- Communicate market and category trends to management
- Build relationships with business stakeholders
- Proactively address business requirements and challenges
- Implement supplier scorecards and action plans
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with strategic suppliers
- Contribute to best-in-class tools and procedures
- Support change control and implementation
- Represent Packaging Category in Sustainability Initiatives
- Support NPI and NPD
- Develop dual-sourcing and BCC strategy
- Propose global category targets and action plans
