- Fluent English
- IT degree or equivalent experience
- GraphQL or real-time apps experience
- International / public sector environments experience (UN, WHO etc.)
- AI services experience (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock)
- Open-source contributions
- Healthcare-related systems experience
