- Extensive hands-on experience in software and application engineering for cloud-native, enterprise, and SaaS environments
- Strong knowledge of architectural principles (scalability, security, reliability)
- Proven ability to design and deliver AI-native applications
- Utilization of large language models, RAG architectures, vector databases, and agentic systems
- Strong proficiency in AI/ML Python libraries and frameworks
- Exposure to data pipelines and MLOps practices
- Skilled in integrating Agentic AI into complex business processes
- Solid architectural foundation across cloud platforms, distributed systems
- Experience owning solutions across full application lifecycle
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Clear communication of complex technical topics
- Learning mindset, technical leadership, and accountability
- Proactive approach to leveraging AI in everyday workflows
- Ensuring high-quality outputs through thoughtful context design and system integration
Aufgaben
- Design and develop cloud-native enterprise applications with AI capabilities
- Integrate large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, and agent-based workflows
- Embed in customer projects and cross-functional teams to understand business and technical needs
- Translate business and product requirements into robust application architectures
- Rapidly prototype and productionize solutions, adapting to real-world constraints
- Own end-to-end application delivery, from problem framing to production operations
- Apply AI-assisted engineering practices and architectural guardrails
- Ensure compliance, trustworthiness, and high-quality solutions
- Manage delivery milestones, quality standards, and technical risks
- Communicate solution approaches, trade-offs, and progress to customers and stakeholders
- Contribute to engineering standards and best practices
- Develop reusable components to improve efficiency and consistency
