- Experience supporting M&A integrations
- Experience supporting System Integrations
- Experience supporting T&E tools
- Experience supporting ERP rollouts with Netsuite knowledge
- Experience supporting large-scale finance transformation programs
- Excellent analytical skills
- Comfortable with data and process mapping tools
- Experience building business cases
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to influence across finance, operations, leadership
- Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA)
- Genuine improvement mindset
- Legal right to work in the UK
Aufgaben
- Map and document end-to-end finance processes
- Analyze P2P, O2C, R2R, intercompany, and close processes
- Identify inefficiencies and control gaps
- Lead automation and improvement initiatives
- Define and implement standard operating procedures
- Partner with NetSuite experts for system configuration
- Support onboarding of newly acquired entities
- Own transformation initiatives from discovery to adoption
- Track KPIs and operational metrics
- Measure impact of process and system changes
- Run training and stakeholder workshops
- Provide adoption support across the group
- Contribute to transformation roadmap
- Design finance target operating model
