- Enjoyment of engaging others and developing strong working relationships
- Passion for leading strategic payments conversations, presenting business reviews, and coordinating technical discussions

- Comfortable synthesizing complex data sets and using data to tell a story
- Professional written and verbal proficiency in German and English
