- Advanced understanding of regulatory, development, and commercialization requirements
- Proven leadership without formal authority, strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Excellent communication and presentation capabilities
- Highly structured, analytical, and outcome-oriented mindset
- Experience with MS Office 365, MS Project, Visio, SharePoint, and Planisware
- Fluency in English
- Resilient, pragmatic, and comfortable operating in complex environments

- Lead interrelated project programs
- Support PMO activities

- Prepare governance materials
- Roll out tools and templates
- Conduct training initiatives
