Anforderungen

  • Expert experience in multiple therapeutic areas
  • Extensive professional experience in relevant disciplines
  • Substantial project management experience
  • Strong market and competitor knowledge
  • Expert experience in clinical study planning and startup
  • Expert experience in budget and resource planning

  • Manage multiple complex studies and projects
  • Lead global project teams in a matrix organization
  • Develop and execute clinical trial strategy
  • Ensure project delivery within budget, timelines, and quality standards
  • Align trial team with organizational goals and strategies
  • Analyze and validate complex information from diverse sources
  • Mitigate operational and organizational risks
  • Demonstrate expert understanding of multiple functions
  • Serve as a senior advisor and mentor
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, ICH-GCP, and regulatory guidance
  • Lead audits and respond to interview questions
  • Contribute to non-study-related initiatives
  • Provide reports to senior management
  • Demonstrate creativity and innovation in project support
  • Predict outcomes and drive goal achievement
