  • ≥3 years Clinical Data Management experience
  • ≥1 year experience as Project Lead / Data Team Lead
  • Proven delivery of at least one Phase III clinical study
  • Medical terminology, pharmacology, anatomy, physiology knowledge
  • Data management systems and processes knowledge
  • Regulatory requirements and GCP knowledge
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer engagement skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proven ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships

Aufgaben

  • Act as primary client contact for data management deliverables
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Collaborate with client data managers and stakeholders
  • Ensure seamless project execution with internal teams
  • Lead discussions on timelines, resourcing, and deliverables
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and process improvements
  • Handle escalations and resolve issues timely
  • Lead full data management lifecycle from start to close
  • Provide technical and operational leadership
  • Ensure consistent milestone and timeline achievement
  • Serve as escalation point for complex data issues
  • Coordinate with Data Operations teams and project managers
  • Oversee development and approval of Data Management Plans
  • Implement proactive quality management strategies
  • Drive continuous process improvement
  • Ensure compliance with GCP and regulatory guidelines
  • Monitor quality metrics and identify root causes
  • Lead corrective and preventive actions
  • Maintain compliance with SOPs and internal systems
  • Manage project budgets and Scope of Work
  • Review financial performance and forecast projects
  • Identify and manage out-of-scope activities
  • Support revenue tracking, invoicing, and financial reporting
  • Contribute to RFP responses and pricing strategies
  • Participate in bid defense meetings
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to data management teams
  • Promote efficient workflows and high-quality standards
  • Contribute to process optimization
  • Implement new technologies
  • Participate in global and local best practice initiatives
